• 2nd Generation Packaging System Mix (Cat. No. LV003) is used to package lentiviral vectors with a wildtype 5' LTR because they require TAT for activation. However, the 2nd Generation Packaging System Mix will also support the packaging of 3rd Generation lentiviral expression vectors with a chimeric 5' LTR.

• DNAfectin™ Plus Transfection Reagent (Cat. No. G2500) is a unique formulation of polycations and liposomes, which guarantees high transfection efficiency in a wide variety of cell types including primary cells.

• qPCR Lentivirus Titer Kit (Cat. No. LV900) is a one-step assay which employs a quick RNA extraction step that is followed by RT-qPCR. Designed to deliver high sensitivity and specificity, the kit ensures minimal non-specific background and better overall performance compared to similar kits on the market. 

• ViralEntry™ Transduction Enhancer (Cat. No. G515) is not only effective in enhancing lentivirus transduction efficiency significantly, but also increases transduction efficiency in diverse cell types including primary T lymphocytes by over 10X.
