Specificity GSK3β (Phospho-Tyr216) antibody detects endogenous levels of GSK3β only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 216.
Purity The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Guarantee abm guarantees that all our Anti-GSK3β (Phospho-Tyr216) Antibody will perform as described on this product webpage, if this is not the case we will provide you with a one-time replacement at no extra cost. Documentation and explanation of experiment conducted will be required when submitting a claim for replacement.
