Since chicken IgY molecules are quite different from mammalian IgG’s, our secondary antibodies don’t cross react with primary antibodies made in rabbits, mice, or any other mammalian host tested. This makes it simple to performed double immunostaining. |

Eggs were collected from hyperimmunized hens and the IgY fraction purified from the yolks.
