Description This lentiviral vector/lentivirus contains the 3'Untranslated Region (3'UTR) of the gene downstream of a CMV-driven reporter (GFP or Luciferase). It can be used to validate the interactions of a miRNA and the 3'UTR. If a miRNA binds to the target, reporter expression should be repressed. If a miRNA does not bind, reporter expression is expected.
