| Description |
This Golgi Labeling Lentivirus can be used to easily label the golgi apparatus. The vector expresses a fluorescent protein fused to the C-terminus of the Golgi targeting sequence (GTS), which causes localization of proteins to the golgi. This lentivirus offers a simple method to visualize the golgi without antibodies or chemical dyes, and is available with GFP (green) or RFP (red) reporters. Combine with other organelle labeling lentiviruses for multiplexed labeling. |
